The Short Version
If you check the text box on our contact form, we send you reminders about the call you asked for. Roughly one to four messages a month. Reply STOP any time. We never sell or share your number.
1. What This Program Is
JordanWORX HVAC Business Builders LLC sends appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and related follow-up messages to people who request a Free 15-Minute HVAC Business Advice Call and who choose to receive texts.
This is a transactional program. We do not send marketing blasts through it.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by completing the contact form at jordanworx.com and checking the consent box beneath the form fields.
The box is never pre-checked. You are not required to agree to text messages in order to submit the form, request a call, or receive any service from JordanWORX. Say no and nothing changes.
3. Message Frequency
Frequency varies with your activity. Most people receive about 1 to 4 messages per month, and only about the call they requested.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Those rates are set by your mobile carrier and your plan. JordanWORX does not charge you for these messages.
5. How to Stop
Reply STOP to any message and you are out. You will get one final confirmation, then nothing further. To rejoin later, submit the form again and check the box, or reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by network conditions.
8. Your Number Stays Yours
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent, to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used only to send the messages you asked for. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
