Each monthly plan includes a written limit on the number of requests, updates, campaigns, or review hours included. Any work outside the plan is quoted separately.

How much deposit is required to start a service?
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any fixed-price service. The final balance is due before the website is launched or files are released.
How many revisions are included?
Each fixed-price project includes up to two revision rounds unless otherwise stated on that service.
Is hosting or software included in the price?
No. Hosting, domain registration, paid software, advertising spend, and printing are priced separately unless a service specifically states they're included.
How long is the Founders Discount available?
Founders pricing — 25% off every service on this page — is an introductory rate limited to a stated promotional period or the first 10 clients per service, whichever comes first. The crossed-out price next to each discount is what applies afterward.
Can I upgrade from an individual service into a larger package later?
