I have spent 34+ years running HVAC companies — built two, sold two. When I went looking for coaching myself over the years, I hit the same wall you probably just did: nobody publishes a price until you have sat through a sales call. So we are publishing ours. $199 a month. No contract. No sales call required to find out.
— Leonard Jordan
JordanWORX HVAC Coaching Membership
- Monthly 1-on-1 call with Leonard Jordan directly — not a rotating coach
- Direct text access between calls for questions that can't wait a month
- Full access to the HVAC Resources library, calculators, and templates
- No annual contract — cancel anytime
- Discounted rate on any deeper implementation work if you want it later
Why publish the number? Because opacity favors the seller, not the owner. You are running a business that lives and dies by knowing your numbers — you should not have to sit through a discovery call just to find out if a coach fits your budget.
34+ years building, running, and selling HVAC companies. Not a coach who studied the industry — an operator who ran one.

Every figure below is either publicly listed by the organization itself, or a range commonly reported across multiple independent industry sources — never a number we invented. Where nobody publishes anything, it says so. That blank space is the point of this page.

|---|---|---|
| JordanWORX Coaching Membership | 1-on-1 monthly call + direct access, no contract | $199/month — published here |
| Service Nation (Roundtable) | Membership — tools, coaching, community, vendor rebates | Starts at $99/month — publicly listed |
| EGIA / Contractor University | Training + buying group, optional coaching add-on | ~$499/month base + $250/month coaching add-on — publicly listed |
| Independent / Local Coaches | Hourly consulting, former owners | Commonly $250–$400/hour — reported |
| BDR | Financial-first coaching + planning workshops | Membership cost not published (live workshops run ~$695–$1,265/day) |
| Nexstar Network | Member-owned network + assigned coach | Not published |
| CEO Warrior | Workshops + leadership-focused coaching | Not published |
| CertainPath | Coaching + software + rebate network | Not published |
| Elite Trades | Combined consultant + coach model | Not published by name; premium implementation-style programs industry-wide commonly run five figures upfront plus $5,000+/month ongoing, per industry reporting |
Verified as of August 2026. Programs change pricing without notice — if you find one of these has since published a number, that is worth a fresh check before you commit either way.
Notice what's not on that chart. Nexstar, BDR, CEO Warrior, CertainPath, and Elite Trades — five of the biggest names in HVAC coaching — do not publish a monthly number anywhere. You can't chart what nobody will say out loud.
Three Numbers to Get in Writing
The Full 12-Month Cost
Not the headline number. Membership, plus travel, plus events, plus every add-on. Ask for it in writing before you sign anything.
The Commitment Term
Month to month, or locked in for a year? Know how you exit before you enter.
What's Actually Included
A monthly call is not the same thing as hands-on implementation. Know which one you are paying for.
HVAC Coach Cost: Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an HVAC business coach cost per month?
Where organizations publish a figure, it ranges from about $99/month (Service Nation's entry Roundtable membership) to roughly $749/month (EGIA's base membership plus its coaching add-on). JordanWORX publishes $199/month, no contract. Several of the largest names in the industry — Nexstar, BDR, CEO Warrior, CertainPath, and Elite Trades — do not publish a monthly figure at all; you will need to ask directly and get it in writing.
Why won't most HVAC coaching programs publish their pricing?
There are legitimate reasons — a one-day workshop and a two-year implementation partnership are not the same product, and some pricing genuinely varies by company size. But an entire category where almost nobody names a number is also a category where quotes can flex based on what an owner seems able to pay. Publishing a price removes that guesswork.
Is a cheaper monthly price always the better deal?
No. A $99/month membership and a $199/month 1-on-1 coaching relationship are different products bought for different reasons. Compare what is actually included — group access versus direct access, a video library versus a live call with the person answering the phone — not just the number.
Does JordanWORX require a contract for coaching?
No. The HVAC Coaching Membership is $199 per month with no annual commitment — cancel anytime. If you later want deeper, hands-on implementation work — a price book, pay plans, dispatch rules built into your business — that is available separately through Founders Discount project pricing or the HVAC Business in a Box.
